Processing Time

In stock orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days once payment is confirmed. We’ll always email you if there’s any delay.

Orders will only be shipped once all items are available.

Shipping Times & Rates

Estimated delivery times depend on shipping location

• UK: 2-3 business days
• Benelux: 2-3 days business days
• DACH, France, Spain: 3–5 business days
• Rest of Europe: 3–6 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight

Customs, Duties & Taxes

All orders include VAT and are not subject to customs fees. We have a warehouse both in the UK & EU so you'll never pay extra transport or customs fees.

Tracking & Delivery

You’ll receive an email with tracking details once your order ships. Tracking updates can take up to 24–48 hours to appear.
