Returns & Refunds – Furniture

We hope your Frannie & Rose furniture finds its perfect place in your home. Each piece is made with care — crafted from natural materials, built to last, and designed to bring quiet beauty to your space.

If for any reason you need to return your furniture, we gladly accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless your item arrives damaged or faulty.

To begin your return, please visit our Returns Portal or complete the form on our Contact Page within 7 days of receiving your order.

Furniture must be returned in its original condition and packaging, with all parts, screws, manuals, and fittings securely included — just as received. Items that are incomplete, incorrect, or damaged on return cannot be accepted.

All returns must be sent with track & trace, as we are unable to refund items that do not arrive safely.

Depending on your location the returns address will either be in the UK or the Netherlands. If you need help arranging a return shipment don't hesitate to contact us!

Once your return has been received and checked, we’ll process your refund within 10 working days. It may take up to 14 days for the refund to appear in your account.

If a returned item shows signs of use or cannot be resold at full value, a partial refund may be issued depending on its condition.
